module 'ffmpeg' has no attribute 'Error' #104

Due to the recent changes etc I decided to just do a fresh install.

However now, I'm getting the above error whenever I try and transcribe a dataset.

I still have ffmpeg set to path (I didn't change that) so I don't know what's changed.

No idea on paperspace, I'm doing it locally, but the wiki has the fix in the "issues" section
