Found this bug after my noticing drive storage spiking up fast.

When training, no matter what number I set the Keep X Previous States slider to, it will always keep all previous states and checkpoints.

Oh, I forgot to add it back in when I was cleaning things up when ripping metrics. The cleanup is called on training start, however.
