Win 10 with recommended python and ffmpeg installed.

Install halts with: Does .\venv\Lib\site-packages\bitsandbytes. specify a file name
or directory name on the target

I have the same issue. But when I answer either directory or file, it says invalid path and then setup shuts down. Any solutions?
