Could not find module torchaudio\lib\libtorchaudio.pyd

ok it seems to work with python 3.9, but there is no official installer anymore for 3.9 you can grab it from the archive https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.9.9/

i think with 3.10 or 11 it…
