 - Immediate mode

42d2a1e091 Refactor glTexImage2D and associated enums
- Enums now respect GLs defined ranges
- Short formats are now correctly supported
- Duplicated (and incorrect) enums removed
- New conversions supported
- Fixes a number of bugs
